Commissioning
On completion of the BEMS installation we will commission the system which involves a thorough and comprehensive set of checks to ensure the entire system is functioning correctly in accordance with job specification and industry standards. This will be undertaken by our fully qualified technicians and only when they are completely satisfied, handover can and will take place. Full onsite training to the client will then be provided of the system installed.
Commissioning will include:
- A complete check of all BEMS software and the end user graphical interface, point to point wiring checks, and setpoint verification.
- Risk assessments to ensure there are no health and safety issues when the system is fully functional.
- Full record and reports of all tests and checks.
- Carry out staff training and client tutorials.
- Oversee the witnessing and handover of the system.
We also provide a full maintenance programme, either planned or preventative which can be on a contract or ad-hoc basis.
