Case Study – Shiplake Retirement Village
Escher Building Integration Technology Ltd have again delivered another project this time at Shiplake Retirement Village.
This recently completed project serves as the perfect case study to demonstrate our capabilities as it was designed, installed and commissioned utilising the Tridium platform with ISMA IO Modules and a 10. 0 ISMA HMI Touch Screen.
The project consists of an energy centre served by 2 x ASHP and underfloor heating system with well monitoring throughout the building. Delivered on time and within budget, the project featured the Escher in house designed bespoke Energy efficient algorithm & Control software along with a stunning N4 graphical user Interface.
